The community cats are a colony of feral cats that wander in this neighborhood. They are the kings and queens of the land, and occasionally deign to rest on porches, lawns, and other unusual places. They sometimes receive food from the human servant at this house.

Can you take the cats to ARL?

I tried : ) I've brought cats to ARL and other shelters, only to have them returned. Their policy is to have feral cats continue to live outdoors.

Can you get them neutered? 

To extend their reign, and ensure safety and good health, the cats are currently moving through the process of Trap-Neuter-Return.

A cat is following me. What do I do? 

Congrats; you may have been chosen by the Cat Distribution System. Sometimes outdoor cats may claim you as their human. May you both live long and prosper.
